About Optimistic Dogz

Optimistic Dogz believes it’s never too late to teach an old pet (and its owner) new behaviours. I am qualified with dog training instructor with B.I.P.D.T (British Institute of Professional Dog Trainers) since around 2010. I have also studied and passed both a training and behavioural based exam with Absolute dogs. More recently I’m an active member of Obsidian K9 and hold the position of Welsh secretary. This role is to keep up motivation within the Welsh division and organise meet ups to train together with the members. I am also the owner of a doggy daycare business which started out as dog walking but quickly progressed to a day care. Ive done this for around 12 years.
My services are designed with you and your pet in mind to ensure results. I believe in working as much with you as with your pet. Our goal is to provide long-lasting impact through expert training.
